Free running group in Dersingham, Norfolk

Meet every Wednesday evening at 18:15 PM outside The Co-operative Food Store, Lynn Road, Dersingham, PE31 6JZ for a 5 kilometre (3.1 mile) run in the village or along the outskirts of.
Sunday mornings, there is a ‘longer run’ scheduled for roughly around 10 kilometres, (6.2 miles) advised to check social media beforehand to ensure there is a scheduled run for their chosen date/time (start time can also vary between 8-9AM). If the Sunday falls on a day of UK celebration such as Mother’s Day they will not host one for that week. They are starting to introduce social events and park run meet up's soon.
Dersingham Runners was established in February 2024 it is a FREE and non-affiliated running group for all runners without any judgment or competition. Running is a great way to promote mood stability, build confidence and resilience, calms a busy mind and of course meet new people.
