Member Groups finish for the festive period

We support a number of member groups and in the Northern region and our members enjoyed their festive classes. Groups include: Tai Chi in Towell, Ilkeston, Dance in Eastwood, Art Group and a Friendship Group in Chesterfield plus Keep Fit, Craft and a Friendship group in Derby plus the Tatting & Craft group held in the Community Space in the Littleover Store. The benefits of learning a new skill to meeting other members and having a great time is good for the body as well as the mind. Members enjoying just getting out for a few hours and being part of a bigger community and at the same time looking after themselves.
