Ashby Food Store celebrates first birthday with charity event

A Central England Co-op Food Store in North West Leicestershire is marking its first birthday with a special community fundraising event.
The store in School Lane, Ashby opened its doors in August 2018 and has had a fantastic first year serving the local community.
Therefore the team have decided to say thank you to locals and celebrate their birthday with a charity event raising money for Dementia UK on Friday, 23 August between 10am and 2pm.
Among the activities on offer will be a tombola, bake sale, hook a duck and much more, so if you are in the area make sure you pop along.
