Busy Week for Healthy Choices as Schools return from Summer Break.

This Week, we were back delivering our Healthy Choices Workshops to children attending Mayflower School in Leicester and St Joseph's Primary School in Market Harborough.  We also hosted the Aylestone Beavers who came into our local store to participate in our Healthy Eating Shopping on a Challenge, which sets the challenge for feeding a family of four breakfast, lunch and dinner.  This encourages children to get a real understanding of budgeting and to look what is in season, on offer, or even reduced.  The Beavers had a great time and all went home with a goody bag,
