Careers Talks at Robert Smyth School

In the second week of Co-op Fortnight, Funeral, Floral, Retail and the Membership & Community Council were invited into Robert Smyth School in Market Harborough to talk about careers and roles with Central Co-op.

Starting with an introduction to Central Co-op and its history, we presented in detail the roles we have in funeral, retail and floral, and touched on the different roles within our support centre too, including IT, Marketing and Project Management.

We then talked about all the opportunities there are within the Society, whether that be for having a career with us or for personal development, and our debt free degree, which has recently been launched.  We concluded with talking about inclusivity and diversity within our business.
