Holiday & Fun at Coalville Neighbours

Funeral colleagues joined our Southern MCC to support children accessing the holiday and fun activities at Coalville & Neighbours make flap jacks. Under the watchful guidance of Harrison from Manna & Artem, a local Community Interest Company, the children had a fun time learning to make their own flap jacks with some help from the adults, which they took home later to share with their families.

Education in cooking is so important for young people and by making it fun and easy to follow, we hope that they will go on to explore other recipes, using basic and good quality ingredients - of course from the Co-op!
