Leicestershire & Ratby Co-op Bands Clap for Carers

Both of our Bands have been supporting the Clap for Carers evenings each Thursday at 8pm by playing their instruments outside of their respective homes.

Here is what Liz from our Leicestershire Co-op Band had to say:-

"I just thought  I’d share our support of the clapping for carers yesterday. We have got both senior and training band members showing their appreciation in their local communities; some clapping, some playing, lighting candles and one of our members is making sets of scrubs for NHS staff.  She has sent 5 sets to the staff at the ICU unit at the Glenfield Hospital. It’s been a lovely way to catch up with our members on top of our weekly Zoom meeting.
