Little Savvy Shoppers

This week, we welcomed some little Savvy Shoppers from nearby Meadowdale Primary School to our store in Market Harborough.

The children were given the task of feeding four people a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner on a budget. After being let loose around the store, the children looked at ways they can by savvy with their shopping by looking at our member prices, reductions and offers and seasonal products too. They had to get savvy with their maths too as they had to ensure that they stayed within the allocated budget.

Following the challenge, they all had a chance to go on the till and to look behind the scenes in the warehouse.

We received some lovely feedback from the teachers on how much the children had enjoyed their learning experience in our store.
