New Keep Fit Group in Anstey

We are pleased to report that we have a new Keep Fit Class in Anstey which takes place on Friday mornings from 10am until 11am at the Anstey Methodist Church on Cropston Road (close to our Co-op Store).  The sessions are run by Tracey Wilson who supported our other Keep Fit class which meets at the Salvation Army Centre in Leicester last year.  Tracey offers lots of options for exercising from total beginners to those wanted to challenge themselves through to chair exercises for those who are not so mobile. The sessions are subsidised by the Southern Membership & Community Council and cost £2.50 per session for members.
