Southern MCC support Northamptonshire County Council Health Day

This week we were invited to a Health Day for Northamptonshire County Council colleagues at the William Knibb Centre in Kettering.  The day was organised to promote health and well-being with lots of information  and advice, free health checks and local offers etc. We were also joined by Greenpatch who now supply their own grown weekly vegetable boxes.  Whilst handing out free fruit kebabs we took the opportunity to promote the benefits of our membership, and received lots of interest about setting up a fitness group in the area - watch this space!
