Summer Healthy Choices Workshop

Today, we returned to the GreenPatch in Kettering to deliver our healthy choices workshop to children accessing the summer group activities.
It was lovely to deliver the workshop outside in glorious sunshine as most of the time we deliver indoors. The children learned about the importance of healthy eating, what counts as part of their five-a-day, portion sizes and understanding food labelling. They then completed the Eatwell guide jigsaw puzzle, before finishing with making some delicious fruit kebabs.
