Central Co-op colleagues and members help bring colour to Lichfield Pride🌈

On Sunday 21 July colleagues and members from Central Co-op came together to help spread colour and joy to this year's Lichfield Pride event.
Colleagues from our family of businesses joined elected members from the Western MCC at Lichfield to celebrate all things Pride. The day kicked off at Speakers Corner in Lichfield with a parade through the City Centre. Lots of fun, noise, and chants in support of Pride was amazing to see. We gave out flags and stickers to the community who lined the parade route.

Once the parade had finished our stall in the community area of Lichfield Pride got into full swing. We were talking about our support for all aspects of diversity at Central Co-op and how we have created colleague inclusion networks to ensure 'Everyone is Welcome Here'.
Our community stall showcased our 'Oxfam Pride Range' and our 'Malawian Product Range' alongside some fun giveaways where the public can spin the wheel, win a prize, and have some fun while learning more about Central Co-ops work in the community
