Jumping into January with Rykneld Primary School

Recently we joined Rykneld Primary School in Branston, Burton on Trent at their 'Jump into January' event.

The event is spread over the first week back, and aims to give a healthy fun start back to school following the festive break. Lots of community groups and activity took place around health, mindfulness, and safety activity.

We delivered 9 healthy sessions to the young people alongside leaving fruit for them to try. Our aim is to help educate young people on the importance of healthy eating and exercise, and then backing the message up with eating healthy snacks.
